Privacy Notice

When you tell us about your book, we’ll use your details to reply and help you take the next step. We take care to keep your information safe. If we offer to send you Book Systems news, that will be a separate choice.

Who looks after your information?

Parvus Magna Press is responsible for the personal information you share with Book Systems. Book Systems is an imprint of Parvus Magna Press.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and what you have in mind for your book. We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking on this website.

What we use it for

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, discuss how we might help and keep a simple record of our conversation. If you choose to receive Book Systems news, we’ll use your details for that too. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Who helps us

Your enquiry is sent to SuiteCRM, our customer relationship system, so we can manage it safely and make sure someone gets back to you. The form sends the details you enter to that system.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and manage our relationship, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal or accounting reason. We review information and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to remove it or ask us to stop using it where the law allows. You can also change your mind about receiving news at any time.

Questions or complaints

If you have a question about your information, email sharif@pmpress.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Short legal note: We use your information when you ask us to respond, when you give consent for a separate choice such as news, or when we have another lawful reason to use it. We explain those choices in ordinary language and only ask for what we need.
